The Gate Towers New Alamein is the latest tower to be launched in New Alamein City by City Edge Development company. It is considered to be the most iconic building in New Alamein.

The project aims to shifting the perception of north coast from a holiday destination to an all-year round residential spot offering a lavish lifestyle for the residents and it is the beginning of a new era of all year round living.

The Gate Tower has 44 floors and has a wide range of appartments starting from 52 m² up to 387 m² , each floor has about 16-20 appartments. There is a podium also consisting of 4 floors including residential, commercial & lower ground parking.
